Your main responsibilities may include: * Supporting customer and travel agency relationship management and development, focusing on loyalty and effective incident resolution. * Collaborating on optimization and commercialization of strategic services for independent hotels, negotiating terms and advising on sales strategy. * Handling and managing international requests and reservations, including follow-up, confirmations, and modifications to deliver high-quality service. * Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and achievement of commercial objectives.
