**\# About the project** We are looking for a **Thinkcell** trainer to deliver an **advanced Thinkcell** program for a security sector company in Spain. As the lead trainer, you will be responsible for: * **Guiding and motivating** a group of 15\-20 participants during a 6-hour training, delivered in two sessions on separate days. * **Designing, adapting, and updating** instructional materials, ensuring they are accessible, clear, and highly effective for learning. **\# Responsibilities** * Co\-design the course syllabus with Ironhack's education team. * Design and prepare accessible content and materials (guides, infographics, exercises) aligned with the syllabus. * Deliver in-person sessions in Pozuelo de Alarcón over 2 days, with 3-hour sessions combining theory, practice, and learning activities. * Facilitate a safe, participative, and trusting learning environment to enhance participant learning. * Encourage collaboration, motivation, and confidence among participants. * Provide feedback and monitor participant progress, ensuring they achieve an advanced level of proficiency in using the Thinkcell tool. **\# Requirements** * Native-level Spanish (classes and materials will be delivered in this language). * Solid knowledge of advanced Thinkcell. * Demonstrable experience in teaching and content didactics. * Experience delivering corporate training. * Strong interpersonal skills: empathy, patience, active listening. * Organized, responsible, and creative in designing engaging materials. * Familiarity with interactive teaching methodologies (challenge-based learning, gamification, real-life simulations), ensuring a more experiential learning experience with tangible outcomes for participants. **\# About the position** * Duration: 6 hours total (2 sessions of 3 hours each \- on 2 consecutive days) * In-person training in **Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid** * Group size: 15\-20 participants * Dates: November\-December 2025 Department B2B Locations Madrid
