We are seeking personnel to work as a concierge in a residential community, performing tasks including access control, surveillance, cleaning, and attending to building services. Previous experience in similar positions is required. Basic knowledge of electricity, machinery, and cleaning, as well as completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent training, will be valued. The candidate must be proactive, capable of interacting with the public, and skilled in performing minor maintenance tasks. The contract is permanent, with rotating shifts. The salary is €1.600 gross per month, and the position is located in Madrid, in the Vaguada area.
