Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced concierge for a full-time position responsible for key control, parcel reception, and maintenance of common areas and the garage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Is part of a team in a residential community. 2. Manages key control and parcel reception. 3. Performs maintenance of common areas and the garage. **Looking for a concierge position?** We have an opening for you—the role is located in a residential community in the Butarque neighborhood of Madrid. **We offer:** \- Indefinite-term contract, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday on split shifts, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00\. **Requirements:** \- At least 2 years of experience in this role \- Knowledge of spring adjustment and lighting timer programming. \- Knowledge of lighting fixture replacement. **Duties to be performed:** \- Key control \- Parcel reception \- Maintenance of common areas \- Garage maintenance Don’t miss the opportunity to join our team.
