Job Summary: We are seeking a sports cleaner to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, monitor order and hygiene, provide operational support, assume responsibility, and train new colleagues. Key Points: 1. Cleaning and maintenance of sports facilities and common areas 2. Monitoring order and hygiene at the center 3. Providing operational support and training to new colleagues We are looking for a **sports cleaner** for a gym located in **Madrid**, with an indefinite part-time contract of **20 hours per week**. **Fixed cleaning schedule:** * **Monday and Tuesday:** 6:00 PM – 9:15 PM * **Wednesday:** 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM **Remaining contract hours:** The remaining hours will be performed as **responsible and support staff**, either at the same center or at **other gyms in the area**, depending on service requirements. **Main responsibilities:** * Cleaning and maintenance of sports rooms, locker rooms, and common areas * Monitoring order and hygiene at the center * Providing operational support when required * Ensuring the proper condition of facilities during the assigned shift * Training new colleagues * Reporting incidents **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in cleaning (especially in sports centers) * Responsibility, punctuality, and positive attitude * Availability to move between centers within the same area **We offer:** * Contract of **20 hours per week** * Stability and continuity * Integration into a dynamic team Employment type: Part-time, Indefinite contract Salary: €712.59–€777.94 per month Scheduled hours: 20 per week Work location: On-site employment
