DESCRIPTION At Sg tech, we are looking for a **Project Manager with strong technical background** and experience in **Agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)** to lead a **specialized Data team**. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating area projects, ensuring technical quality, proper execution of deliverables, and smooth communication between the technical team and business departments. This role requires **active participation in technical operations**, so we are not seeking a profile focused exclusively on strategic management. The ideal candidate will be able to **understand technical details, validate data, and participate in technical meetings**, providing judgment and decision-making ability. While direct development is not required, the candidate must possess **sufficient technical knowledge** to understand processes, identify risks, and guide the team in resolving incidents. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead and coordinate a technical team specialized in data, ensuring proper planning, execution, and project follow-up. * Actively participate in technical meetings and data reviews, contributing to operational decision-making. * Ensure alignment between business requirements and proposed technical solutions. * Supervise the quality of technical and functional project documentation. * Manage team planning, prioritization, and workload using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Foster collaboration, effective communication, and continuous improvement within the team. * Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams, business units, and project stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** **Education and Experience:** * Technical education (preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar). * **3 to 5 years** of experience leading technology or data projects. * Proven experience working with **Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)**. **Required Technical Skills (mandatory):** * **Power BI** * **SQL** * **Python** * **Technical and functional documentation** * **Agile project management** * **Scrum** * **Effective communication and technical leadership** **Languages:** * **Advanced English (fluent)** – essential for communication with international teams or clients. ### **Personal Competencies** * Ability to provide technical leadership and manage multidisciplinary teams. * Strong results orientation and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity, positive attitude, and adaptability to changing environments. * Communication and mediation skills between technical and business teams. ### **Conditions** * **Location:** Preferably at one of our offices, according to our onsite policy. * **Work mode:** Possibility of **100% remote work** for high-value profiles (based on experience and rates). * **Contract type:** Stable position with growth and development opportunities within the organization.
