If you are looking for a dynamic environment and a new challenge within a multinational company where you can enhance your experience and develop your professional career through innovative projects in the hotel industry, we want to meet you! **What will be your mission?** As an Occupational Health and Safety Technician, you will manage preventive planning for construction projects, being responsible for the preparation, monitoring, and updating of Safety and Health Plans and Risk Assessments, as well as opening work centers and ensuring proper coordination of business activities (CAE) with subcontractors and other involved companies. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * You will carry out inspection visits to workplaces and act as a preventive resource on site when necessary. * You will develop and implement safety and health plans and procedures, supervising the correct installation and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * You will ensure compliance with current occupational health and safety legislation, staying updated on regulatory changes and adapting company policies accordingly. * You will organize and conduct safety and health training programs, developing educational materials and procedural manuals. * You will investigate workplace accidents and incidents, preparing detailed reports with corrective measures to prevent recurrence. * You will handle the opening of work centers across various construction projects. * You will manage documentation from subcontractors involved in the worksite. * You will control and keep subcontracting records up to date. * You will prepare and supervise safety plans and risk assessments whenever necessary. * You will carry out coordination of business activities (CAE). * You will collaborate with other departments and project teams to integrate safety measures into all phases of construction. * You will act as the contact point for employees on safety and health matters, ensuring clear and effective communication. **What do we offer?** * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary based on your experience and skills. * One day of remote work per week. * Flexible compensation, including medical insurance. * 23 working days of vacation to recharge your energy. * A free day on your birthday—because you deserve it! * 2 personal leave days. * December 31st off, courtesy of the company. * Opportunities for growth and professional development within a constantly expanding company. **Requirements:** --------------- **Who are we looking for? You're the person we're seeking if:** * You have at least 1-2 years of experience as a risk prevention technician in construction. * You hold a Master's degree in Occupational Health and Safety covering all three specializations, or a Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Occupational Health and Safety. * You are available to travel to different construction sites across Spain and Europe. * You possess certifications in first aid and firefighting (desirable). * You have an intermediate level of English (desirable). * You are familiar with occupational health and safety laws and regulations. * You have knowledge in identifying and assessing risks, as well as implementing preventive measures. * You are a person with excellent communication skills, capable of delivering training, working autonomously, and collaborating effectively in a team.
