Main responsibilities: • Control and archiving of technical and administrative project documentation. • Drafting periodic reports and summaries. • Direct communication with suppliers and clients. • Purchase order management and delivery tracking. • Preparation of budgets and cost control. • Supervision of equipment and area stock. • Occasional collaboration with other departments within the company. • Execution of administrative tasks specific to the position. • Basic design and sizing of fire protection systems (PCI). • Regulatory inspections and maintenance. • Installation and maintenance certifications. • Document management and traceability of interventions. • Risk assessment and occupational safety evaluation. • Coordination of installation and maintenance technicians. ### **Requirements** Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in technical specialties related to installations. Specific training in Fire Protection (RIPCI, fire protection system design, water-based systems, UNE standards, and sector certifications) is desirable. Minimum 4 years’ experience in installation and maintenance of Fire Protection Systems (PCI). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD or similar CAD software, and applicable regulations (CTE, RSCIEI, and UNE standards). Experience with Maintenance Management tools will be valued.
