**What you will achieve:**
As a **nurse**, you will provide vital care to patients with chronic kidney disease. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, administer dialysis treatments, monitor patients’ progress, and deliver human-centered support that makes a real difference every day.
**Your responsibilities will include, among others:**
* **Lead comprehensive patient assessment:** design personalized strategies to optimize vascular access, monitor key parameters, and anticipate needs—ensuring excellence in care.
* **Monitor dialysis sessions**: prepare monitors and materials, and execute pre\-, intra\-, and post\-dialysis procedures with precision. Guarantee quality and safety in every session.
* **Design and implement nursing care programs**: develop and promote specialized programs (e.g., stress management, psychosocial support, quality-of-life monitoring, and continuous education), enhancing patient experience and quality of life.
* **Analyze and ensure clinical information**: record data rigorously, generate detailed reports, and propose evidence-based improvements to continuously elevate our protocols and quality standards.
* **Empower patients and their families**: provide expert guidance on diet, fluid control, vascular access care, and medication, fostering autonomy and strengthening the therapeutic bond.
* **Drive excellence and regulatory compliance**: ensure adherence to corporate and center-specific guidelines and protocols.
* **Develop your professional trajectory and specialization**: access advanced training aligned with your interests—such as nephrology specialization programs, advanced hemodialysis techniques, and clinical research—and lead internal training initiatives while sharing your knowledge to advance the entire team.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree in Nursing (or official recognition, if applicable).
* Patient-centered orientation.
**Desirable requirements**
* Prior experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of nephrology and dialysis.
