Valued customer service We are looking for a maintenance assistant for a tourism-sector company in Madrid. Responsibilities include assessing malfunctions and maintaining facilities, contacting technical teams to coordinate repairs, attending to and resolving incidents through internal corrective actions to restore normal operations as soon as possible in common areas and guest rooms. The candidate will also monitor stock of consumables, tools, and PPE, and perform other duties inherent to the role. This is a full-time position, with 40 working hours per week from Monday to Friday during morning shifts, between 08:00 and 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in similar roles. * We seek a candidate with strong customer service skills. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable.
