At Caliqua, S.A., we are seeking a Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Technician for heating and air conditioning systems across various facilities located in the Community of Madrid. We are a company with over 72 years of experience in Madrid, specializing in the installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. We carry out design, engineering, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection systems, superheated water, steam, liquid fuels, gaseous fuels, and thermal fluids. Our program is tailored to the specific needs of each facility, and all operations are conducted strictly in accordance with current regulations. Our staff possesses top-tier sector knowledge and technical expertise, receiving periodic training courses to ensure continuous professional development aligned with the evolving technical requirements of our industry. Responsibilities * Commissioning of HVAC systems * Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning installations * Resolving incidents and malfunctions during maintenance interventions * Completing required logs and technical documentation * Preparing evidence records and reports of tasks performed * Repairing malfunctions, inspecting, and commissioning equipment and installations * Conducting diagnostics, analyses, and action protocols for technical incidents We offer * Continuous training fully funded by the company * Immediate hiring * Salary commensurate with experience If you wish to further your professional development, please contact us.
