




Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support and IT maintenance professional to diagnose and resolve on-site incidents, install and repair hardware, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance with direct customer interaction. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving on-site incidents, as well as installing, replacing, and repairing hardware. The role also involves preventive and corrective maintenance, always verifying proper functionality after each intervention and logging details in the ticketing system. Direct customer service will be delivered following strict quality and security protocols. The position requires a minimum of one year’s experience in computer maintenance or field service (SAT), with practical knowledge in microcomputing—including component installation and replacement, equipment assembly and disassembly, and basic Windows and networking support. Experience maintaining laser and thermal printers, as well as familiarity with retail environments (POS systems, scanners, displays) and banking peripherals (financial printers, digitizing tablets), is desirable—always working under strict security protocols. A valid Class B driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory for local and regional travel. Professional training at the Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training level in Computing, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field is required; technical certifications are valued.
