Join us in pursuing solutions to achieve a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, through its Construction Business Unit, requires a Construction Site Manager for an important project in La Serena, Chile. **Job Description** * Organize workspaces, maneuvering areas, storage, loading and unloading zones, workshops, warehouses, and site access points. * Verify and adjust site layout plans. * Interpret construction drawings and technical details. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety prevention measures. * Supervise and verify work processes. * Assess workers’ capacity and suitability for proper performance of their duties. * Coordinate work with various trades and subcontractors. * Monitor and track project progress. * Ensure adherence to the project schedule. * Propose construction methods, materials, and techniques. * Control and receive materials, auxiliary equipment, and machinery. **Candidate Requirements** * Minimum 10 years of prior experience in similar roles on large-scale construction projects, ideally hospitals. * Strong organizational and leadership skills. * Extensive knowledge of construction processes and systems. * Willingness to relocate to Chile. *We are a company that values diversity as a source of talent and therefore strive to foster an inclusive environment promoting respect, belonging, and commitment—ensuring equal opportunities for all.
