Responsibilities \- Assist in preparing the technical documentation required for contracting external services necessary for drafting construction studies and projects within your area of responsibility. * Participate in railway studies and projects in the infrastructure specialty, especially workshop-related projects. * Coordinate the integration into your assigned projects of aspects related to interoperability, expropriations, occupational health and safety, and environmental integration, to expedite supervision processes prior to project approval. * Analyze measures required to adequately control risks arising from activities within your scope, as well as those of contractors and suppliers. * Make technical decisions following client meetings. * Conduct and supervise studies, surveys, reports, analyses, and technical documentation. * Manage project documentation and review budgets for assigned projects. * Manage projects using BIM. * Coordinate the risk management and assessment process and the application of Common Safety Methods during the project phase. Requirements At least 5 years’ experience in: freight railway terminals and/or construction projects, maintenance workshops for rolling stock, with knowledge of industrial maintenance elements for trains: inspection pits, train cleaning facilities, auxiliary services. Qualification: Industrial Engineering degree; Master’s in Industrial Engineering.
