We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, a French international group of engineering companies with a multisector approach, operating in key areas of infrastructure and energy.
Currently, we are seeking a **CAD/CAE Administrator** to join our team at our office in **Madrid**.**What will your responsibilities be?** Responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining 3D catalog libraries for piping classes, as well as configuring, customizing, and standardizing all project deliverables.
Full management of users, permissions, databases, and configurations within the AVEVA E3D environment, including technical support and platform administration.
Development of macros and customized functionalities to meet specific requirements of each discipline and user.
Knowledge of 3D piping/support design to support the engineering team.
**What are we looking for?**
Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing execution project databases.
Minimum English level B2.
Knowledge of piping design to support the engineering team is desirable.
Programming experience (PML, Python, C\#) for developing macros and automations is valued.

The objective is to provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for facilities.
**What would you do?**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the facility's installations.
* Carry out maintenance tasks related to masonry, plumbing, climate control, electromechanical systems, etc.
* Conduct comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance of installations.
* Manage and resolve daily breakdowns, ensuring the proper functioning of various types of installations.
* Contribute to service excellence by collaborating in optimizing the energy efficiency of installations.
* Ensure compliance with technical-legal regulations and established maintenance plans.
* Participate in the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee service quality.

Physiotherapist for clinic in Moratalaz
A physiotherapist is needed for a clinic in Moratalaz to teach Pilates and functional training classes to small groups. There is also the possibility, if desired, to extend working hours with patient treatments.
Part-time schedule, afternoons from Monday to Thursday.
Minimum of 3 hours per day from 18:00 to 21:00 h, extendable if desired.
Part-time contract.
Training or experience in exercise will be valued. In case of wanting to perform individualized patient treatments, training or experience in manual therapy and some type of complementary invasive physiotherapy technique or others will be considered.
