Main responsibilities will include comprehensive construction management and project direction for renovation projects, both in office and hotel environments. A minimum of 3 years’ prior experience in similar positions is mandatory, demonstrating proven competence in project management. Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) is required, as well as solid expertise in specific software tools including Revit, BIM, Presto, MS\-Project, and AutoCAD. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with a gross monthly salary ranging from 2\.916€ to 3\.333€. It is mandatory to hold a disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33%, or officially recognized permanent incapacity.
