We are seeking an SEO Specialist with expertise in content and technical SEO, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
We operate using the **Agile methodology**, so we highly value adaptability, autonomy, and a continuous improvement mindset.
**Responsibilities:**
* Define and implement SEO strategies focused on organic growth.
* Conduct technical SEO audits and propose action plans.
* Identify improvement opportunities in website architecture, indexing, crawling, and performance.
* Design and execute content strategies based on keyword research and search intent analysis.
* Monitor key SEO KPIs.
* Coordinate with internal teams to implement improvements.
* Manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
* Analyze industry trends and search engine updates.
* Prepare periodic reports with conclusions and recommendations.
**Requirements**
* Prior experience as an SEO Specialist.
* Solid knowledge of technical SEO and content SEO.
* Proficiency in SEMrush, Sistrix, Screaming Frog, etc.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Experience conducting SEO audits and defining positioning strategies.
* Analytical mindset and results orientation.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies.
**Preferred qualifications:**
* Knowledge and experience in **GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)** and AI-based search engine optimization.
* Basic programming knowledge.
* Digital analytics expertise.
