The TRAGSA Group reserves the right to request, at any time during the process, documents verifying the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae, whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits specified in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Bachelor's, Engineering, Architecture, or Graduate Degree \+ Official Master's Degree (Level 3 MECES) (degree recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities). ### **Prior Experience** * At least 3 months of employment-based experience in team coordination and supervision. * At least 3 months of employment-based experience in liaison and communication with Spanish Public Administration (to be verified during technical evaluation). ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * User-level or higher proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) (to be verified during technical evaluation). **Merit-Based Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in Microsoft Word * Training in Microsoft Excel ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Employment-based experience in team coordination and supervision ranging from 4 months to 1 year. * Employment-based experience in processing administrative files within the Spanish Public Administration ranging from 4 months to 1 year (to be verified during technical evaluation). * Employment-based experience using Spanish Public Administration software applications for processing administrative files, ranging from 1 day to 3 months (to be verified during technical evaluation). **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 9 months. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. + Possibility of up to 60% remote work for energy-saving purposes.
