Job Summary: We are seeking a claims handler to manage electrical damage claims, including opening files, drafting reports, communicating resolutions to clients, and assessing coverage and damage. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling of claims related to electrical damage 2. Preparation of technical reports and communication with clients 3. Assessment of coverage and extent of damage We are looking for a claims handler specializing in electrical damage claims. Solid knowledge of electronics or electricity is required, along with a basic understanding of insurance industry terminology. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities, are highly valued. Key responsibilities include opening claim files, preparing detailed technical reports, and communicating resolutions to insured clients. The role also involves issuing instructions to the company's assistance services, as well as assessing and determining coverage and the extent of damage and losses incurred. This position offers an initial contract of 3 to 4 months, with realistic prospects of permanent employment, and an annual gross salary of 18\.000 euros. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with rotating on-call shifts from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The workplace is located on Paseo de la Castellana. What Are We Looking For? * Experience handling claims files for insurance companies or expert appraisal firms, specifically in the auto physical damage line of business. * Proficiency in computer applications and claims management platforms or similar systems. * DESIRABLE: Knowledge of valuation systems (GTESTIMATE and AUDATEX) or vocational training qualifications in Automotive Engineering.
