Come and join us in building the infrastructure our planet needs to achieve a sustainable future.** **Job Description** As part of the Compensation and Benefits team, you will collaborate on projects, processes, and functions with global impact across all ACCIONA businesses and countries, detailed below: * Participation in global market studies. * Conducting salary competitiveness studies and remuneration analyses, covering proposals for defining and updating salary bands. * Supporting the salary review process as well as personnel expense budgeting for this process. * Supporting and liaising with countries on the operational execution of global employee stock award plans. * Promoting and coordinating the integration of technological solutions into compensation and benefits processes to drive HCM (Workday) automation and optimization, in close collaboration with technology teams, to ensure operational accuracy and system efficiency. * Supporting the definition, review, and implementation of corporate policies regarding employee compensation and benefits. * Training and supporting HR, Compensation and Benefits teams across business units, and HRBPs across all Group businesses for executing and monitoring the company’s compensation and benefits processes. * Supporting the review of variable remuneration systems to ensure alignment with business objectives and verifying their global implementation. * Collaborating in designing and deploying employee social benefits and flexible compensation policies through developing materials, training, and communication. * Analyzing gender pay equity, supporting decision-making. **Required Skills and Competencies** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, Law, Business Analytics, or Engineering. * Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership. **Experience** * 2–5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits, People Analytics, or HR consulting. **Skills** * Analytical ability and attention to detail. * Adaptability and flexibility. * Resilience. * Managing multicultural environments. * Problem-solving. * Communication and negotiation. * Stakeholder management. **Specific Knowledge** * **Languages:** Advanced English. * **Tools:** Workday · Advanced Office · Advanced Power BI · Python. * **Others:** Artificial intelligence and analytics · Detailed solution and process implementation · Knowledge of market studies · Legal knowledge and understanding. #LI-HH1 *As a company that values diversity as a source of talent, we work to foster an inclusive environment that promotes respect, belonging and engagement so that all people can participate on an equal opportunity basis.
