




Job Summary: We are looking for an accounting administrative assistant to ensure the proper execution of support and administrative management tasks within the Accounting team. Your main responsibilities would include: * Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly reports. * Keeping information up-to-date by using office tools: management software, databases, ERPs. * Updating financial data in databases. * Recording and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are properly registered. * Liaising with suppliers and customers.
