When manually tightening screws, wrists and muscles are heavily loaded over the long term. The particularly ergonomic SoftFinish screwdriver provides a solution here. With long, slim handle sizes, small screws can be tightened safely and quickly. For tightening large screws, high-volume handle sizes are available, enabling higher torque application. The positioning of hard and soft zones on the handle allows perfect access during fast, powerful rotation. In Wiha’s slimTECHNOLOGY—specifically developed for electrical work—the protective insulation has been integrated into the blade, allowing blades up to 33% thinner. Thus, even low-height screw and spring elements can be accessed effortlessly. Anti-rotation protection prevents annoying slipping, and the screw symbol printed on the handle end ensures rapid, efficient identification of the required size. Insulated screwdrivers are individually tested at 10,000 V AC, certified by VDE and GS, and permit safe operation on live parts up to 1,000 V AC.
