Your role will be essential in providing them with a swift, efficient, and reassuring response, guaranteeing their safety and well-being. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Telephone Customer Support:** You will handle incoming calls from drivers and road users requiring assistance (breakdowns, accidents, etc.). * **Incident Management:** You will record and analyze information provided by the customer to determine the nature of the incident and required assistance. * **Service Coordination:** You will efficiently and promptly coordinate deployment of appropriate assistance resources (tow trucks, repair shops, roadside assistance). * **Follow-up and Support:** You will monitor ongoing services to ensure successful completion of assistance and keep the customer informed. * **Problem Resolution:** You will provide solutions and alternatives to customers, managing stressful or urgent situations with empathy and professionalism. * **Data Recording:** You will maintain up-to-date databases and information systems with details of each service and customer interactions. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** No prior experience in this role is required.
