### **Description and Requirements**
At Endesa, we are firmly committed to training and talent acquisition. Therefore, we offer a Scholarship Program for recent university graduates who wish to join a collaborative learning model focused on acquiring professional competencies.
For this scholarship, you must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration (ADE), Industrial Organization, Mathematics, or a similar qualification — or be pending completion of your Final Year Project (TFG) — to join the Meter Deployment (Distribution) department in Madrid through an internship.
**What does the Unit do?**
The Meter Deployment team is responsible, in accordance with current regulations, for the multi-year campaign to replace electricity meters at end-of-life. Within this organization, the Planning and Monitoring team is responsible, among other duties, for the project’s financial budgeting, communication/interaction with customers, scheduling of fieldwork, and technical-economic monitoring of project progress.
**What will you contribute?**
You are expected to participate in all core planning and monitoring tasks of the project. Greater involvement is anticipated in activities related to technical-economic planning and in drafting and monitoring communications/interactions with customers.
Specific activities include:
* Contributing to periodic budget review processes.
* Collaborating in the technical planning and monitoring of fieldwork execution.
* Assisting in drafting or adapting letters, emails, and other informative messages to customers.
* Monitoring the effectiveness of sent communications and identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborating in the coordination/management of tailored interactions with large corporations and public administrations.
* Supporting the resolution of potential customer inquiries, complaints, and claims.
* Contributing — with a comprehensive process perspective — to the automation of project planning and monitoring tasks.
The assigned activities will be carried out in coordination with other areas within the project organization, as well as with other units from Endesa’s Distribution business line.
**What qualifications and knowledge are required?**
* Technical or University Degree in Engineering, Economics and Business Administration (ADE) + Analytics, Industrial Organization, or Mathematics
* English level C1
Additional knowledge/skills:
* Power BI, intermediate-to-advanced Excel, programming and process automation.
* Economic knowledge and strong communication skills are desirable.
**What do we offer?**
Internship at ENDESA, **SWING Program:**
* Monthly gross stipend of €900.
* Working hours: Hybrid — 35-hour weekly schedule.
* Workplace in Madrid: Endesa Corporate Headquarters — Calle de Ribera del Loira 60, CP 28042.
Endesa internships last **9 months**, comprising two components: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.
Practical Training within the Company follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule, includes 17 working days of annual leave, and provides a monthly gross stipend of €900. Concurrently, Academic Training is delivered: **Master’s Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics**, offered by Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), in online format, with the primary objective of learning and enhancing your competency profile.
**If you believe this internship represents a development opportunity for you, don’t hesitate to apply!**
