Lead developers toward effective product delivery, ensuring technical quality and alignment with business objectives. Mission: 1. Guide developers in exploring technical solutions that support product and business goals. 2. Validate the suitability of technical solutions proposed by developers, ensuring alignment with the bank’s technology stack. 3. Act as spokesperson for the developer team in meetings. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: – Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Technical Lead Fullstack. – Full stack: o 70% Backend Java o 30% Frontend Angular o Jenkins + Sonar Responsibilities: Responsibility: – Ensure application of engineering principles and patterns. – Lead development of an agile, adaptable, and scalable architecture, considering the bank’s needs. – Promote adoption and use of agile development techniques, practices, and tools. – Collaborate in identifying and managing dependencies and technical debt. – Participate in defining Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD), and ensure their review and evolution. **We Offer:** -------------- Why choose us?
