Our studio specializes in interior design for hotels, combining aesthetics and functionality, aiming for all spaces to speak the same language. To achieve this, we have a large team of over 60 interior designers and architects with extensive experience in the hospitality sector. With more than 17 years of experience in the industry, we have established ourselves as a reference both nationally and internationally thanks to our commitment to excellence and our collaboration with major hotel chains. Tasks What will be your mission? As an Interior Designer, you will independently manage and coordinate complex design packages, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables, while collaborating cross-functionally with other teams to guarantee timely delivery and alignment with the project’s overall concept. What will be your main responsibilities? * You will comprehensively develop assigned areas—including guest rooms, common areas, or technical spaces—with autonomy and responsibility. * You will coordinate and produce complex design packages, including drawings, construction details, and technical documentation. * You will monitor schedules within your area, anticipate delays, and propose solutions to maintain timelines. * You will apply CAPEX control within your packages or spaces, aligning decisions with the project's financial objectives. * You will actively participate in design reviews, internal presentations, and technical meetings, providing input, solutions, and improvements. * You will maintain smooth internal communication with the rest of the team to prevent errors, improve designs, or suggest operational solutions. * You will collaborate across departments with other project teams (architecture, construction, lighting, landscaping, FF&E, etc.). * You will handle specific communications with suppliers and consultants, always coordinated with senior roles or management. * You will ensure your deliverables align with the project’s overall narrative. * You will comply with Room 1804's internal procedures regarding naming conventions, documentation, quality standards, and methodology. Requirements **You are the person we are looking for if:** * You hold a degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or similar. * You have at least 2 years of prior experience as an Interior Designer, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant sector. * You have solid knowledge of 3DSMax, AutoCAD, Photoshop, V-Ray, Lighting Designer, and Adobe Suite. * You have knowledge of CAPEX. * You are proactive, committed, able to work under pressure, flexible, and enjoy working in a team. * You have an intermediate level of English (desirable).
