We seek a strategic, results-driven leader with proven experience in international business expansion. The Global Sales Director will be responsible for directing and optimizing national and international commercial operations, driving the company’s sustainable growth, and developing new business opportunities in global markets. **What will your responsibilities be?** **Global Commercial Strategy** * Design and implement the commercial strategy across all business lines, aligned with the company’s overall objectives. * Identify new markets and sales channels to increase profitability. * Establish commercial policies and sales targets per brand. **Sales Team Leadership** * Supervise and motivate regional and local sales teams. * Define clear KPIs and performance evaluation systems. * Coordinate training, development, and capacity-building initiatives for the commercial team. **Key Account and Alliance Management** * Negotiate with strategic partners, agents, distributors, and key clients. * Build and maintain strong, long-term commercial relationships. * Represent the company at international trade fairs, commercial events, and strategic meetings. **Sales Management and Tracking** * Monitor the full sales cycle: from lead generation to deal closure. * Ensure accurate data registration and analysis. * Analyze sales results, margins, conversion rates, and propose corrective actions. **Cross-Departmental Collaboration** * Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue, Marketing, Operations, Reservations, and Finance departments. * Align efforts to ensure a consistent and effective customer experience. **What are we looking for?** \+7 years of sales experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience leading multicultural teams and working with international markets. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Strategic vision combined with results orientation. Proficiency in commercial data analysis.
