You will assume a position of utmost trust within the organization, engaging directly with the Executive Board and international teams, and actively participating in the evolution of the group's ESG strategy. Your work will directly impact strategic decision-making, risk and opportunity management, stakeholder engagement, and long-term value creation for customers, employees, and society. **In your day-to-day...** ---------------------- * Lead the ESG strategy and sustainability roadmap, aligning corporate objectives with key standards and regulatory frameworks. * Coordinate the preparation of ESG reports, indicators, and metrics, ensuring the quality and reliability of reported information. * Drive sustainability, decarbonization, energy efficiency, and responsible value chain projects, working cross-functionally across all company departments. **What will make you successful in this position** -------------------------------------------- **Combine strategic vision with execution capability** Your value lies in transforming sustainability into concrete initiatives that generate real business impact—beyond mere regulatory compliance. **Have led sustainability projects from inception to completion** Your experience driving ESG initiatives will enable you to identify opportunities, coordinate across departments, and convert plans into tangible organizational results. We seek someone who has implemented projects in practice and can demonstrate the impact generated. **Feel comfortable working with executives and international environments** Frequent interaction with corporate teams and executives will require strong influence skills, independent judgment, and clear, professional communication. **Lead projects autonomously** Your experience coordinating ESG initiatives will allow you to manage priorities, mobilize diverse departments, and ensure high-quality outcomes. **Master key ESG and corporate sustainability frameworks** Your knowledge and practical application of frameworks such as CSRD, ESRS, GRI, SASB, or EINF will help you turn regulation into a tool for value creation within the organization. **Master carbon footprint measurement and management** Your experience managing Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions will enable you to drive impactful decarbonization initiatives and ensure the quality of environmental metrics. **Communicate fluently in English (C1 level)** You will regularly participate in meetings, presentations, and reporting in English.
