In this role, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing the global risk management and control of SCIB activities (market risk, operational risk, compliance risk, financial reporting risk, model risk, counterparty risk, etc.). * Assessing the risks and control frameworks established in Santander Corporate \& Investment Banking businesses. * Participating in global audits conducted jointly with Internal Audit teams across different geographies, contributing to the analysis of common processes, risks, and controls across various Group units, and fostering a cross-functional and coordinated view of SCIB activities. **WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM** Our people are our greatest strength. The following requirements represent the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies for this role. **EXPERIENCE** * 1\-3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, or activities related to financial markets. (required) **EDUCATION** * University degree / Engineering: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration and/or technical degrees (engineering, mathematics, statistics, etc.). (required) **SKILLS \& KNOWLEDGE** * Certifications, master’s/graduate degrees, and specialized finance courses will be valued. * High-level English proficiency is mandatory.
