**Description** --------------- The selected candidate will join the brokerage team serving mid-sized clients, focusing on executing analytical models to support the team in client acquisition and retention. Daily tasks will include data collection and cleaning, model execution, application of insurance structures, results analysis, report preparation, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills will be especially valued. This is a traineeship position with the possibility of becoming a permanent contract. The working mode will be hybrid, with a recommendation of 4 days per week at our Madrid office. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify key clients * Collect and clean data from selected clients, preparing it for modeling. * Input data into WTW Core Analytics tools to identify and quantify risks, working independently. * Overlay insurance structures (e.g., Property, Cyber, D\&O) to analyze retained/ceded risk and compare different placement options. * Collaborate with senior colleagues to analyze results and prepare client presentations. * Assist Broking and Analytics teams with other ad hoc tasks to ensure efficient overall business operations. **Qualifications** ------------------ **Requirements** * Degree or master's in Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Science/Data Analysis or equivalent * Advanced level of English (C1 or higher) and native or advanced level of Spanish. * Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc. * Ability to learn new software and technology * Analytical skills; able to draw logical and systematic conclusions from data. * Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences * Self-sufficient and capable of solving problems independently * Organizational ability; able to work and think methodically and systematically, handling a high volume of tasks under time pressure. * Commitment to quality; continuously striving to achieve the highest quality standards * Strong team-work ethic and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team * Proactive and results-oriented attitude * Knowledge or prior experience with insurance structures/insurance market (preferred) Application process * Phase 1: Online application and recruiter review * Phase 2: Phone interview with the recruiter * Phase 3: Live video interview with the department head and/or team * Phase 4: Offer and onboarding We’re committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application, interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
