We provide a **flexible schedule** for arrival and departure. From Monday to Thursday, arrival is between 8:00 and 9:30, and departure is between 17:00 and 19:00. On Fridays, arrival is between 8:30 and 9:30, and departure is between 13:30 and 14:30. Additionally, you may reduce your lunch break to 30 minutes to leave earlier. * **Half-day off** every Friday throughout the year. * You will have an additional 5 weeks of **remote work** between July and August. * During summer, you will enjoy 5 weeks of **intensive working hours**. You will assist us by advising clients on LABOR matters, preparing payrolls / back-payments, drafting contracts and settlements. You will also carry out IRPF adjustments, calculate and file Social Security contributions, and review and submit monthly tax forms 111\-216, quarterly form 190, and annual form 296\.
