




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide support in the automotive sector, handling customer telephone inquiries, appointment scheduling, vehicle tracking, and administrative tasks. Basic administrative management and incident resolution We are looking for an administrative assistant to support an automotive company located in Alcobendas. Main responsibilities include handling customer telephone inquiries, addressing after-sales service questions, and managing workshop appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations. Proactive tracking of vehicle status and coordination with service advisors will also be carried out in response to any incidents or specific customer requirements. Additionally, the role involves basic administrative management, including entering customer and vehicle information into the system, issuing and archiving relevant documentation for interventions. Initial incidents and complaints will also be addressed and resolved, with follow-up conducted until full resolution is achieved. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a split shift from 08:00 to 17:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a similar role. * We seek a committed individual. * Residence near the workplace is desirable.
