Job Summary: We are seeking an AV Technical Team Coordinator responsible for personnel planning, resource allocation, and end-to-end logistics management for events. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of audiovisual technical teams for corporate events 2. End-to-end logistics and warehouse management of audiovisual equipment 3. Operational supervision of setups and adherence to scheduling We seek an **AV Technical Team Coordinator**, responsible for **technical personnel planning, technical resource allocation, and end-to-end warehouse and logistics management of audiovisual equipment** for corporate events. **Responsibilities** * Assignment of technicians to events and scheduling of shifts/rosters * Daily coordination of the technical team (in-house and freelance) * Management of personnel incidents (changes, reinforcements, substitutions) * Logistics planning of audiovisual equipment for each event * Warehouse management: preparation, material control, and returns * Operational supervision of setups and adherence to scheduling **Requirements** * Experience coordinating technical teams in audiovisual events * Organizational ability and capacity to manage under pressure * Knowledge of audiovisual equipment * **Mandatory:** Valid driver's license **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience as a rigging supervisor * Experience in AV warehouse operations * English proficiency Salary: €22,000.00–€23,000.00 per year Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
