Responsibilities Vilaplana, a high-end gastronomy catering company, is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for international events. If you enjoy challenges, high-end gastronomy events, teamwork, and travel, this opportunity is for you! What would your responsibilities be? * Assist in and execute events. * Resolve service-related incidents. * Maintain equipment under your responsibility. * Manage the wine cellar. * Conduct pre-service briefings with the team. * Supervise proper setup of the venue. * Ensure thorough post-event cleaning of the venue. Requirements What does the position require? * Education in hospitality/restaurant management. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in events. * Experience managing high-volume operations. * Proficiency in English is mandatory. * Availability to travel across Europe from April to November Offer What do we offer? * Immediate hiring * Fixed-term discontinuous contract
