At ONCE, we are seeking an Organizational Development and Talent Management Project Advisor for a permanent position within our Technical Talent Directorate, located in Madrid. **WHAT WILL YOU DO DAILY?** * Facilitate projects and initiatives incorporating best practices in organizational development and talent management, teams, and projects—aiming to maximize performance and generate optimal, efficient, and sustainable work environments aligned with organizational values and current context. * Collaborate on digital transformation, agility, and flexibility in the Directorate’s processes. * Collaborate in adopting new approaches, tools, and practices to maximize service impact. * Facilitate integration and development of processes and teams within units linked to talent management, ensuring an appropriate employee lifecycle, desired impact, and effective internal positioning of the People, Talent, and Institutional Culture Directorate. * Ensure appropriate change management for groups affected by initiatives of the Technical Talent Directorate. **WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
