Work with internal tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Power BI ### **Job Title** Internship: Finance Intern ### **Job Description** **Location:** Madrid **Type:** 6\-months internship (you need to be enrolled as a student, we will be signing convenio de practicas with your school/university) **Time:** 35h/week in morning schedule **Expected Start Date:** as soon as possible **Job title:** Support the Finance Team of Philips HealthSystem Iberia and be connected to other departments and functions to have a full view of the business. **Your role:** * You will support the team and develop you skills in Finance area performing the following activities: help with Sales incentives process, provide support on monthly closure, do analysis of IGM, detect and control deviations, s upport the team with the project controlling tasks: revising planning project, check POs, cost controlling, deviation controlling. * You will join a dynamic team, with a professional and fun workplace. You will work together with Market BP and billing manager, and collaborating with Project Managers, Supply Chain and Modality Sales Specialists. * You will get to know our internal tools and work with SAP, Salesforce and Power BI. * It will be a 6\-months, remunerated internship. We work in a hybrid mode, our office is located in Sanchinarro, Madrid. **You're the right fit if:** 1\. You are currently enrolled as a student, pursuing a degree in ADE or Finance. We will be signing *convenio de practicas* with your university/school. You can commit 35h/week in a morning schedule. 2\. You are proactive, communicative, optimistic and you like to work in a team. You have problem\-solving mindset. 3\. You speak fluent Spanish and you have a very good level of English. 4\. You can work with MS Office suite, and you have at least intermediate skills in Excel. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office\-based teams, this means working in\-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full\-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
