DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK! **You will learn to:** · Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities. · Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS. · Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies. · Learn the art of auxillary income\- how to generate additional sources of revenue. · Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports. · Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives. **What are we looking for** * Fluent **Spanish** \& intermediary level **English** * **Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week).** * Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do. * Be mobile!
