




Job Description **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), Commerce, and Project Management in multinational environments. \- Coordinate functional and technical teams, ensuring on-time, high-quality, and on-budget delivery. \- * Manage client relationships, including planning, risk tracking, change control, and executive reporting. \- * Work independently, with occasional validation against strategic and operational objectives. High degree of autonomy in judgment and approach. * Guide and manage team members’ work as required by various workstreams. Qualifications **Technical and Functional Knowledge** * Experience managing projects involving D365 Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, and Project Management modules. \- Experience managing projects leveraging Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and Azure Functions/Logic Apps. \- Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Microsoft Project Server, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPivot. * Knowledge of software development life cycles, quality assurance, and project management. **Certifications and Skills** * Fluent English, experience in international environments, and agile methodologies. * PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory). * Strong leadership skills and business acumen. * Methodical, organized, with strong cost and time management abilities. * Teamwork capability: deep understanding of diverse group dynamics and communication management.
