Joining a professional and dynamic team **Job Description & Summary** At **PwC Spain**, we are a leading professional services firm committed to excellence in financial risk control, compliance, and banking regulation. We seek an experienced AML/CTF professional with at least 2\-3 years of sector experience to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Participate in the preparation and review of reports prepared by external experts on AML/CTF matters. * Collaborate on transformation and process improvement projects related to AML/CTF within financial institutions. * Manage or support AML/CTF outsourcing processes, including customer scoring, detection and analysis of suspicious transactions, risk assessments, and preparation of communications addressed to regulatory supervisors. * Design, prepare, and deliver specialized training on anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing. **Requirements:** * More than 2\-3 years of verifiable experience in AML/CTF. * Practical experience in one or more of the following areas: external expert reports, AML/CTF transformation projects, outsourcing processes, customer and transactional suspicious activity scoring and analysis, risk assessments, regulatory communications. * Skills in preparing and delivering training. * Advanced level of English (spoken and written). * Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse environments (consulting, financial institutions, regulators). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Up-to-date knowledge of AML/CTF laws and regulations. * Experience communicating with supervisors and regulatory authorities. * Analytical capability and results orientation. **We Offer:** * Joining a professional and dynamic team. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Participation in challenging and high-impact projects.
