**Construction** company is looking to hire a **Construction Site Manager** with experience in unique buildings. **Job Description** You will be responsible for the duties typical of a Construction Site Manager, performing the following tasks: \- Carry out interpretation of plans and layout of construction units. \- Propose execution methods, materials, and techniques. \- Perform material calculations and measurements of completed work. \- Manage control of materials, storage areas, and construction tools. \- Supervise and coordinate project work teams, both internal and subcontractors. \- Monitor and supervise construction progress and adherence to established schedules. \- Conduct quality control of work executed on site. \- Ensure compliance with safety measures on site and among workers. **Job Requirements** \- Higher Technician qualification in Construction Project Management and Control, Higher Technician in Building Projects, or related field. \- At least **5 years of proven experience as a Construction Site Manager**, preferably in **Unique Buildings**. \- Knowledge of topography and plan interpretation. \- Proficiency in computer tools (Email, Excel, Word, etc.). \- PRL Certification: Mandatory completion of the 60-hour basic PRL course.
