**What will you do?** * Organize and supervise daily work team activities at the construction site. * Ensure the quality of work carried out under your supervision. * Coordinate and oversee workplace safety, guaranteeing compliance with all safety protocols. * Perform layout measurements and provide support to the project supervisor. * Manage and supervise the efficient use of materials and resources during project execution. * Control equipment and machinery used on the site. **What talents and skills are we looking for?** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a foreman in new construction projects. * Knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and quality standards. * Autonomous, flexible, stable individual with a passion for building, civil works, and construction in general. * Leadership skills and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Valid driver's license.
