**Role Description:**

**I.** **CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER**
==============================
* Organize, supervise, and set out work sections planned by the Site Manager and Production Manager.
* Manage personnel and subcontractors.
* Review material stockpiles scheduled for execution of planned work units.
* Coordinate legally mandated safety and health measures, always under the supervision of the Site Manager.
* Ensure compliance with Quality and Environmental Assurance Plan procedures during execution of ongoing work units.
**II.** **PERFORMANCE CRITERIA**

* Task scheduling and planning
* Accident rate and quality in work unit execution, inspection reports.
**III.** **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS**

* Achieve objectives assigned by the Site Management.
* Based on the prior schedule, define weekly production targets for foremen.
* Monitor progress across various work sections.
* Ensure requested supplies are secured per the weekly plan.
* Review personnel control reports—both for subcontractors and for Ferrovial–Agroman, S.A.’s site personnel—signed and submitted to the Production Manager.
* Initiate work sections and work units.
* Verify setting-out.
* Supervise ongoing construction work sections.
* Control tools and equipment available on-site for executing work units.
* Supervise and make decisions regarding corrective actions related to compliance with current safety and health regulations.
* Manage construction teams—including both Ferrovial–Agroman, S.A.’s own staff and subcontractors—addressing not only professional issues but also personal matters such as motivation, safety rule explanations, etc.
**IV.** **RELATIONSHIPS:**

* *WITH SITE MANAGER / PRODUCTION MANAGER:*
* Receive production target information.
* Attend work-section planning meetings.
* Submit duly completed documentation within their scope of responsibility (foreman reports, delivery notes).
* Inform the Site Manager of any incidents occurring on-site (related to Quality, Safety & Health systems, or work-unit execution).
*WITH SITE ADMINISTRATION:*
* Submit documentation (delivery notes, foreman reports).
* Report any incidents involving site personnel.
* Notify of visits by regulatory bodies authorized to inspect the site.
*WITH FOREMEN:*
* Communicate objectives for executing their assigned work sections.
* Deliver properly completed documentation corresponding to their work sections.
*WITH SITE PERSONNEL:*
* Inspect and monitor performed tasks.
* Communicate safety and health measures, and monitor compliance—especially regarding Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Report any socio-laboral non-compliance by site personnel to the Site Manager and Administration.
