




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to supervise and manage sanitation works, coordinating teams, interpreting blueprints, and ensuring proper project execution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Full supervision and management of sanitation works. 2. Team coordination and on-site technical support. 3. Management of materials, equipment, and occupational safety. We are looking for a person to take full responsibility for supervising and managing sanitation works in Madrid. Your responsibilities will include planning and organizing all work steps and methods on site. Close monitoring of progress will be essential to ensure that everything proceeds as planned and in accordance with the project specifications. For this position, you must be able to interpret blueprints and perform precise on-site measurements. This will enable you to define required tasks, calculate material quantities, and propose process improvements. You will also organize and coordinate teams, assigning tasks and providing technical support. Additionally, you will interact with other professionals and external companies, managing the receipt and orderly placement of materials and equipment on site. You must closely monitor occupational safety and proper use of machinery. You will maintain direct communication with the site management team and remain open to performing other tasks contributing to the successful project execution. A temporary contract is offered. A minimum of compulsory secondary education is required; vocational training in plumbing is highly valued. At least three years of prior experience in executing sanitation works is mandatory. Specific and practical knowledge and experience in construction execution, plumbing, and masonry are desirable. Competent computer skills and solid knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations are expected. A valid driver’s license is mandatory.
