Building Construction Site Supervisors (Foreman)

Job Summary: We are seeking a foreman to supervise building construction works, organizing tasks, controlling materials and equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations We require personnel to assume overall supervision of building construction works as a foreman. Responsibilities include organizing the daily tasks of the construction team to ensure deadlines and expected quality standards are met. Materials and equipment usage will also be supervised, compliance with safety regulations ensured, and coordination maintained with the site management. A permanent full-time contract is offered. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 18:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 13:00. The annual gross salary is €33,000. A minimum of compulsory secondary education and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required. Native fluency in Spanish is highly valued. A disability certificate indicating a disability level of at least 33% is mandatory. The position is located in Madrid.
