A strategic thinker capable of launching projects from scratch and making things happen. **Who are we looking for?** We are seeking a **Budget Technician** within the **Strategy and Transformation – Operations** area. Someone with a technical eye, analytical mind, and passion for making numbers **tell the true story of each project**. We want the person who feels equally comfortable in Excel and on-site wearing a hard hat; who understands the cost of executing a renovation, and knows how to optimize every euro without sacrificing quality or architectural vision. **What will you do?** * **Prepare detailed budgets** for residential renovation projects, breaking down materials, labor, and associated costs. * **Analyze the economic feasibility** of each project and estimate the impact of changes in design, materials, or execution. * **Monitor and track approved budgets**, ensuring projects remain within estimated costs. * **Review and adjust figures** in response to unforeseen events or modifications during execution. * **Collaborate with technical teams** (architecture, design, site managers, and procurement) to optimize costs without compromising quality. * **Prepare reports and comparative analyses** between projected budgets and actual costs, helping improve processes and profitability. **What we're looking for in you?** * **Education:** Technical Architecture or Building Engineering, or similar. * **Experience:** 2 years preparing and managing budgets in residential or single-family renovation projects. * You have worked on **real construction sites** (as site manager or team member) and understand what it takes to execute a PRIME project (200K–500K). * In-depth knowledge of **construction materials, building processes, and labor costs**. * Proficiency with **Presto, Arquímedes, or similar software**, and fluent use of AutoCAD. * Experience with **Business Central** is a plus. * Knowledge of **BIM methodology** and experience with **Revit**. **You'll love this role if…** * You enjoy **working autonomously**, while closely collaborating with architecture and operations teams. * You're passionate about **seeing a budget turn into a real space**. * You're motivated to be part of an environment where things are built, innovated upon, and the status quo challenged every day.
