Are you passionate about shaping projects with precision and detail? At **Arctempus**, we are looking for a **Technical BIM Architect** to carry out site surveys, modeling, and technical documentation for residential projects, integrating architecture and MEP systems within a collaborative BIM environment. **Who we are?** We could tell you we're an asset management company... but if that's all you take away, you'd miss the most interesting part. At **StarOneRocket**, design, real estate strategy, and user experience come together in an ecosystem that transforms spaces into real opportunities. Our structure is supported by three core areas working as one: * **BestFlat**, where we identify, negotiate, and acquire properties with high potential. * **ArcTempus**, our architecture studio, the creative heart that transforms spaces. It’s not just about how things look, but how long they last. Every detail is designed **to stand the test of time**, always balancing style and functionality. * **Zenhia**, responsible for asset management and operation, meticulously managing tenant and owner experiences. **Our challenge:** 2025 will be a decisive year: We want to **build solid processes, drive a strong culture**, and ensure every person feels they grow along with the company. That’s why we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute tasks, but who **thinks, proposes, and transforms**. Someone with **strategic vision**, capable of leading projects from scratch and making things happen. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * **Conduct measurements and site surveys** on construction sites using tools, laser scanners, and digital systems, followed by Revit modeling. * **Develop architectural and MEP BIM models** integrating collected data, serving as the foundation for design, budgeting, and execution. * **Prepare detailed budgets and valuations** based on measurements, including material quantity calculations and associated costs. * **Technically document projects** (drawings, sections, schematics, quantifications) from the Revit model, ensuring traceability. * **Review and perform quality control on renovations**, verifying dimensions and finishes meet standards specified in drawings and budgets. * **Update and maintain databases of measurements and costs**, ensuring information is accessible and up to date. * **Continuously monitor project progress**, adjusting work plans when unexpected issues or requirement changes arise. * **Ensure optimization of time and resources**, identifying potential areas for improvement in planning and proposing solutions to avoid delays or cost overruns. * **Evaluate and monitor** the condition of Gas, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing systems. * **Propose and design solutions to streamline processes** and improve efficiency in certification management and installation execution. * **Report and document any irregularities or improvement needs in technical installations**, collaborating with the team to correct and enhance systems. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction or renovation project planning, preferably in the residential sector. * Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Project Management, or related fields. * Minimum of 3 years of experience in modeling and technical documentation for both architecture and installations (MEP). **What we offer:** The opportunity to leave your mark in a rapidly growing company where **technical innovation and design** come together to transform the way spaces are conceived. At **Arctempus (StarOneRocket)**, you won't just participate in high-level projects: **you'll help make architecture and installations work in perfect harmony**, turning every idea into reality. If you're driven by precision, coordination, and being part of a team where **technical excellence** makes the difference… we’d love to meet you!
