If you have experience in this role within the industrial sector and are seeking a new challenge, we would love to hear from you! **Job Description** As an MEP Installation Technician at SERINCAL, your responsibilities will include: * Supervising daily/weekly site/workshop progress and ensuring adherence to the schedule. * Coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors. * Verifying that work is carried out correctly according to drawings and regulations. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards on site (OSH). * Performing quality control and managing technical corrections or incidents. * Maintaining smooth communication with the Technical Office regarding layout planning, drawings, cost control, and budgets. * Participating in meetings with clients, technical management, and suppliers. * Controlling material deliveries on site and validating conformity. * Keeping records of work reports, attendance, and production. * Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates. **Requirements** * Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Solid knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and fire protection systems. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and site layouts. * Basic knowledge of OSH regulations. * Organized, solution-oriented individual with attention to detail.
