We work on international projects with financial institutions, fintechs, and startups. **About the Profile** We seek a **Securities Operations** profile with experience in **financial transaction settlement and reconciliation**, detail-oriented, and accustomed to working in dynamic and demanding environments within the banking sector. The selected candidate will collaborate on projects related to the operational management of securities, interacting with various internal teams and international clients. **Responsibilities:** * Settlement and reconciliation of **Securities** transactions. * Ensure accurate settlement of transactions via **Euroclear** and domestic markets. * Identification, tracking, and resolution of operational incidents. * Interaction with clients and various internal teams. * Monitoring and control of fixed-income and equity transactions. * Participation in continuous process improvement initiatives. * Preparation and analysis of operational reporting. **Requirements:** * **2 to 5 years** of experience in **Financial Back Office** roles. * Knowledge of **securities settlement and custody**. * Familiarity with **SWIFT** messaging. * Understanding of **fixed-income and equity** products. * Advanced **Excel** skills. * Experience with data analytics tools such as **Power BI**. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Degree in **Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance**, or related field. * Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, results-oriented environments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of **Calypso**. * Accounting knowledge. * Prior experience or knowledge of programming languages. * Previous experience in international banking environments. **Ideal Candidates Will Have:** * Proactivity * Drive for self-improvement * Empathy and teamwork capability * Learning agility and attention to detail * Client orientation **We Offer:** * Open compensation package: tailored to your experience and expectations. * Flexible benefits: private health insurance, meal vouchers, training, etc. * Free training to support your professional growth. * Free English classes, depending on your level. * Opportunity to participate in diverse, interesting international projects within a continuously growing sector. * Hybrid project in Madrid. **Location:** Madrid HYBRID Join a young consulting firm and continue your professional growth and development.
