Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to prepare reports, supervise contractual management and project execution, coordinate teams, and manage client relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Manages relationships with clients and partners. **Responsibilities** * Prepare executive reports for senior management and participate in defining business improvement and growth strategies. * Supervise contractual management of projects, including claims, change orders, and amendment negotiations. * Coordinate and support Project Directors/Managers and local teams across various countries. * Manage relationships with clients, partners… * Supervise end-to-end execution of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, quality, and scope. * Lead financial and economic monitoring of projects, including budgets, forecasts, cash flow, certifications, and profitability. * Analyze variances and define corrective actions to ensure project outcomes. * Coordinate procurement, contracting, and subcontractor management strategies. **Requirements** * University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, with economic\-financial training. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure project management. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in international water and sanitation projects. * Experience with EPC contracts and simultaneous management of multiple projects. * Solid knowledge of economic\-financial control, planning, and contractual management. * Advanced level of Spanish and English. * Willingness to travel internationally. * Residency or willingness to relocate to Madrid (Spain), Lima (Peru), Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic), or Panama City (Panama).
