Position Summary: Drive operational efficiency and decision-making by designing, developing, and governing cloud-based automation and analytics solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. Key Highlights: 1. Design and implement end-to-end automations with Power Automate. 2. Build data models with Power Query and DAX. 3. Administer and govern Power Platform environments. POZUELO DE ALARCON, 50\-1 POSITION MISSION Drive operational efficiency and decision-making by designing, developing, and governing cloud-based automation and analytics solutions built on Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI), ensuring security, scalability, and business adoption. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES (KEY FUNCTIONS) * Design and implement end\-to\-end automations with Power Automate (cloud/desktop), integrating APIs and connectors. * Build data models aligned with the required automation objective (Power Query, DAX), ensuring data quality and performance. * Administer and govern Power Platform environments: Data Loss Prevention (DLP), connectors, security, licensing, monitoring, and support. * Identify business opportunities, prioritize the roadmap, manage projects, and coordinate teams/vendors. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE * Advanced knowledge of Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Dataverse. * Cloud integration: Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management), Microsoft 365/Graph API; REST/JSON concepts. * Security and governance best practices: DLP, RLS, Entra ID, auditing, compliance, and application lifecycle management (ALM). PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION * Process automation with Power Automate/Logic Apps and RPA (design, development, and deployment). Minimum 4 years. * Low-code application development with Power Apps/Dataverse and ALM management (solutions, pipelines). Minimum 4 years. * Analytics and visualization: modeling, DAX, Power Query, performance, and governance. Minimum 4 years. * Cloud integration and development (Functions, APIs, custom connectors) and DevOps best practices. Minimum 3 years. * Environment management, security and compliance (DLP, Entra ID, monitoring) and leadership of initiatives. Minimum 3 years.
